We use numerous database sources to customize our list of potential buyers to best fit the property.
We do a limited number of transactions per year because we feel that managing our time and focus on a smaller number of clients will greatly improve the success ratio of the transaction process. We use the four hundred plus brokers that comprise the eleven county metro areas brokerage community extensively to assist us and our clients in the timely disposition of all projects we undertake. We pride ourselves on never taking on a project that we feel we can't successfully complete. |
